All Airfares and ground arrangements quoted are given on basis that reservations
still have to be made and are subject to availability.
Taxes, airline and government insurances charges are to be added in all cases unless advised other wise. You will be given the total cost of your requirements
before you are asked to pay.
When and if you book tickets on-line, you are agreeing to the applicable fare rules for all your flights as stated by the airline; PLEASE ASK as specifics are available and will be emailed to you for review before submitting reservations.
We are not responsible for fare increases for bookings that are not able to be confirmed before fare increases take effect.

Travel Insurance.
You must have travel insurance which covers you for at least but not limited to Medical expenses, cancellation fees. We are able to provide you with information.
Electronic tickets will only be issued from 01 June 2008 under IATA rules.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and direct credit to our account , Cheques if we have clear 7 days before you travel. Some fares may be subject to a credit card charge. But you will be advised if this is the case.

Due to heightened security at all airports, airlines are checking photo identification of all passengers. This means you must advise us of the correct name and spelling of all those travelling so the name on each ticket match's that of the pass port that passenger is travelling on. If we have to have a ticket re issued due to a miss match of name there is a charge (min $100.00 per change) . All passengers travelling outside of New Zealand are required to have certain travel documents, including but not limited to a valid passport, a round-trip airline ticket or proof of onward travel and a visa; some countries have a departure tax payable at the airport. Passengers are responsible for these items and these should be considered before purchasing tickets. Contact the destination country's consulate for details.

Please leave a message if out side these hours as they are cleared often. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types. Some fares cannot be changed.

International Bookings: Paper tickets will be sent to the address you have provided to your consultant within 7 days of booking and full payment. This will be sent via New Zealand Post Couriers who guarantee next business day delivery within New Zealand or we use FEDEX door to door if out side New Zealand.

Please return your unused airline ticket and or vouchers together with a covering letter explaining the reasons for your non-use of the booking. Don't forget some tickets and ground arrangements are non refundable. All refunds will be provided by the airline and ground operator in accordance with their terms and conditions. Also note, airlines charge cancellation fees that change from fare to fare. Airlines may take up to 12 weeks to process a refund.
