We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and direct credit to our account , Cheques if we have clear 7 days before you travel. Some fares may be subject to a credit card charge. But you will be advised if this is the case.
 
Do I Need Travel Insurance
You must have travel insurance to cover you in the event that you are unable to travel and or become sick over seas. The cover provide must be able to cover all costs of which you may have to claim. We can provide you with a competitive quote to ensure you are covered and if accepted we are able to issue you with a policy.
Insurance can also be completed on line. If you are unsure please ask.

How Do I Change Or Cancel A Booking?
To change or cancel a booking you can either email us at info@golfevents.co.nz or telephone our call centre on 0064 9 373 4033 during the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Our Fax number is 006 9 969 9565 . Some fares cannot be changed. Charges will apply.
What Do I Do If I Lose My Ticket
If you have lost your ticket or travel vouchers prior to the day of travel please either e-mail us at: info@golfevents.co.nz or telephone 09 969 9560 during the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. If you are telephoning from overseas (0064 9) 969 9560. Please leave a message if out side these hours as we check often. With E Ticketing this is not normally a problem.
When Will I Receive My travel vouchers and  Airline Tickets?
International Bookings: Paper vouchers will be sent to the address you have
provided to your consultant within 7 days of booking and full payment. This will be sent via New Zealand Post Couriers who guarantee next business day delivery within New Zealand if out side New Zealand FEDEX will be used.
How Do I Obtain A Refund For A Previously Paid Booking?
Please return your unused airline ticket and or vouchers together with a covering letter explaining the reasons for your non-use of the booking. Don't forget some tickets are non refundable. All refunds will be provided by the airline and ground opertor in accordance with their terms and conditions. Also note, airlines charge cancellation fees that change from fare to fare. Airlines may take up to 12 weeks to process a refund.
